Associate Attorney
The Associate Attorney will oversee litigation strategies for a high-volume consumer litigation docket. A license in multiple states is preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee all settlement negotiations.
- Review and respond to all court pleadings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Manage a high-volume docket.
- Build relationships with opposing counsel and support staff.
- Supervise the collection of necessary client documents.
- Address post-settlement issues.
- Identify unfair debt collection practices and file claims in response.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of litigation experience.
- Juris Doctor with strong communication and management skills.
- Superior analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software and technology.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise legal support staff, including legal assistants and paralegals.
Work Environment
- This position operates in a professional office environment.
- Regularly uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.
- A standard 40-hour workweek is required, with occasional evening and weekend work as job duties demand.
Job Type
Pay
- $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime as needed

- State Bar License (Preferred)
